Just taking this opportunity to share that... There are leaders who guide, and then there are those who inspire— Padma, you have been both to me. When I was entrusted with my new role, I was filled with doubt and hesitation. But you saw through that fear, gently naming it for what it was — imposter syndrome, and reminded me, as a fellow woman, to rise above it. Your words didn’t just comfort me, they empowered me.You've led not just with strength and clarity, but with compassion and wisdom. <br> Thank you for being the kind of leader who changes lives, just by being who you are <br> Now that I am a mother, whenever I doubt myself about work life balance or in fact I have seen people in my current organization presuming that I can't travel or I won't be fit to take up something as I am a mother, I think about the guidance you shared, it really makes me feel so good about being a mother and inspires me to go the extra mile. I always felt why there were very few women in leadership positions. It's because there are so many people to bring them down but very few to uplift them. If I have reached this position today, it's because of a leader and mentor like you. I have never had a better leader in my life, who has both inspired and influenced me in more ways than one.

I have gained so much on my coaching journey with Padma. I have been able to take a step back, breathe and re-focus on both my home and work life. I have clarity of thought on what is next for me and am excited for what the future holds, there is no doubt in my mind that the coaching has been essential in getting me to this place and I am incredibly grateful for that. I think a big thing to come from the coaching in relation to this area is actually considering home life when making decisions based on work life. Normally I would commit to things at work and make home work around that whereas now it would be a much more considered approach and both work and home would have equal sway on my decision making. I have had conversations at home about the future (not only mine but the family as well) that I haven’t had before and wasn’t looking to have which is a positive. This insight has helped me shape my future plans as well, allowing me to make much more informed decisions. I finish the sessions enthused and excited for what’s next as I look to maintain progress I have made in effective use of my time (personal and professional) and what may be next for me in my career. I got a lot from the 5 year vision board. I found that really interesting and informative. I also really enjoyed the journey of looking at my skills, discussing my vision and then bringing that to life. I found it enjoyable, engaging and exciting. I have also managed to implement and maintain tweaks to my diary that have allowed me the time and space to enjoy things I was missing out on and I am committed to keeping that going.
